Anyone can visit the Website and download our resources. You do not need to register or create an account.

Our Resources

ootiboo provides teaching resources available for you to download for free from the Website. We will never charge for these resources and you are welcome to use them for educational or personal purposes. They must not be sold on, and all resources and other materials on the Website are subject to copyright, trademark right and/or other intellectual property right owned by or licensed to ootiboo. You accept that all materials you download remain the property of ootiboo in perpetuity, and acknowledge that by using ootiboo.com, you agree to comply with this prohibition and that any breach thereof could result in legal proceedings being issued against you.

Our resources go through a comprehensive process to ensure all information is true and accurate, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of any content provided. We endeavour to immediately correct any mistakes, but it remains your responsibility to verify the resources you download. You understand ootiboo takes no responsibility for the way you use the resources we provide.

Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained via ootiboo.com is done at your own discretion and risk; you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any material.

User Generated Content

By submitting any images, text, video or audio you grant ootiboo a non-exclusive, worldwide licence for publication of that content on the ootiboo website and related media. Consent can be withdrawn at any point by emailing info@ootiboo.com.

Who can submit:

• Anyone aged 16 or over can make a submission.
• If the person who made the work is under 16, it must be submitted by their parent or guardian, or by a teacher who has the express permission of that parent or guardian.
• Anything we suspect has been submitted by someone under 16 in any other way will be deleted.

We do not accept submissions that contain faces.

All content uploaded to us is moderated before it is publicly visible. Images are also reformatted before they are published. Images and videos that pass moderation are then added to our Galleries.
