AutumnCraft Competition

Terms & Conditions

  1. 1The competition is open to all UK and overseas residents except employees of the promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the competition.
  2. 2Entrants must be aged sixteen (16) or over to enter independently. Submissions for any entrants aged between four (4) and fifteen (15) years old must be submitted by a parent, legal guardian or teacher with explicit parental permission to do so. The promoter may request evidence of parental consent. Direct submissions and data from children under 16 will be automatically deleted.
  3. 3The competition will run from 8am on Tuesday September 1, 2026 (the ‘Opening Date’) to midnight on Monday November 30, 2026 (the ‘Closing Date’) inclusive.
  4. 4All competition entries must be received by the promoter via the share form on the AutumnCraft project page by no later than midnight on the Closing Date. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be valid.
  5. 5By submitting a competition entry, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  6. 6Entries must be the entrant’s own original work. Entries must not be copied or AI generated, must not contain third-party materials unless permission has been obtained, and must not be obscene, defamatory, offensive, inappropriate for children, or otherwise in breach of any applicable law or regulation. Any entry reasonably believed to breach this condition may be disqualified.
  7. 7The competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
  8. 8Entrants may submit multiple entries. Entries must be submitted online at https://ootiboo.com/projects/autumncraft/share.

    In 2026 there are currently £739.84 worth of prizes to be awarded across Fifteen (15) winners, consisting of the following:

    • Two (2) £50 book bundles from Farshore (UK only);
    • One (1) £50 book bundle from Electric Monkey (UK only);
    • One (1) pair of Dubs Glide trainers worth £49 (UK only, size and colour subject to availability);
    • One (1) £50 GoGift Global Gift Card (UK only, to be awarded to an entry submitted with the 'Family' entry type);
    • One (1) £50 GoGift Global Gift Card (UK only, to be awarded to an entry submitted with the 'Home educated' check box checked);
    • One (1) Wicked Uncle Prize Box worth £133.85 (UK only);
    • One (1) £50 Wicked Uncle Gift Card (UK only);
    • One (1) bundle Natural Crayon classic crayons, consisting of one Classic Crayon Stick set and one Autumn Woodland set, with a combined RRP of £23 (UK only);
    • One (1) Spark UK Merch Bundle worth £30 (UK only);
    • One (1) LHB Nurtures A4 art print, worth £24 (UK only);
    • One (1) Refurbished Samsung Galaxy Tab A, worth £79.99 (to be won by a UK school);
    • Three (3) £50 GoGift Global Gift Cards, with one (1) £50 GoGift Global Gift Card awarded at the end of each calendar month during September, October and November 2026;
  10. 10Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
  11. 11This is a skill-based competition. Winners will be selected by members of the ootiboo team based on: (i) creativity and (ii) artistic licence. One (1) GoGift Global Gift Card winner will be selected at the end of each calendar month during the competition period. All remaining prizes will be awarded after the Closing Date.
  12. 12Entries submitted without a valid email address for a parent, guardian or adult entrant will not be eligible.
  13. 13Winners will be announced by Monday December 7, 2026. Winners (or their parent or guardian where applicable) will be contacted using the email address provided with the entry.
  14. 14The promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact winners. If a winner or their parent or guardian cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of the initial contact attempt, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  15. 15Entrants retain full ownership of all intellectual property and moral rights in their competition entries under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and all similar legislation.
  16. 16By entering, entrants grant the promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to publish their competition entry on the ootiboo website and related media. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by emailing info@ootiboo.com. All content is moderated and reformatted prior to publication.
  17. 17The names of prize winners may be obtained after the Closing Date by emailing info@ootiboo.com (subject: “ootiboo Winners”) within one month of the Closing Date.
  18. 18If an entrant or their parent or guardian objects to their name, town or country being published, they should contact the promoter. The promoter may still be required to provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.
  19. 19The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete due to technical or system failures.
  20. 20The promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  21. 21Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, the promoter accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from participation or prize acceptance.
  22. 22Personal data will be processed in accordance with the promoter’s Privacy Policy at https://ootiboo.com/privacy-policy. Children’s data will only be used for administering the competition, contacting winners, and publishing entries where consent has been given.
  23. 23The promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the competition where necessary.
  24. 24These terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

  26. 26The promoter accepts no responsibility for any accidents or injuries sustained during the creation of a competition entry.
